i really like the slope of this building. it creates a much less opposing mass as sensed from the street. the shape should also give rise to interesting layouts for apartments. i like that they angle the balconies and bay windows to optimize sun exposure and views for each apartment, but i don’t know if i count a view of jersey as prime..
